Project Overview: Cigar World Belfast
Cigar World came to us with an ageing WordPress/WooCommerce site that no longer reflected the quality of their in-store experience. They wanted a full redesign and a smarter way to manage inventory across both their physical store in College Street, Belfast, and their growing online sales.
We migrated the business to Shopify, allowing for real-time inventory syncing between in-store and online purchases. This streamlined operations and removed the manual overhead of stock updates.
As part of the project, we carried out a complete brand refresh, designed a modern, mobile-responsive storefront, and implemented key SEO and marketing optimisations to help drive traffic and sales.
